This djembe has got the feel. We headed it with a thicker medium skin and cranked it tight. It's extremely responsive and fun to play. The shell is solid and the skin has got a great feel. We believe in constructing drums of the highest quality, and this djembe fits the bill. This is a great djembe for solo and accompaniment.
