Carved out of a single piece of wood, traditional Drumskull dununs originate in the same locations as our djembes. As djembe is strong in the countries of Guinea, Mali, and Senegal, so too is dunun. Due to our relationship with the carvers of these countries, aesthetically our traditional dunun are known for their consistency in size, shape and roundness. Through the combination of premier quality hand carved shells, cow skins from the country of origin, and our heading method, these drums remain true to tradition.

This set of dununs includes three dunun bells, one for each size, and three sticks, one for each size, along with three bell strikers.

DSD Comment: This is a beautiful set of DrumSkull dunun that a customer of ours has decided to let go of. These drums show signs of being played but very little. They are in excellent shape and the skins are just barely broken in. The owner is including in this package a set of mounted bells, bell strikers and sticks. This is a phenominal deal!
