This is a beautiful Lenke wood djembe from Mali. We headed it with a thick wet shaved goat skin from Mali and tuned it for solo.  This djembe is very full sounding and has an excellent bigger drum feel. We have also added a 1/2" thick rubber bottom to this djembe which will protect the bottom of the drum as well as any floors it is played on. The base price for the drum is $565, and the additional cost of $95 has been added for the rubber bottom.

This is an excellent djembe for either the professional player or the beginner, and it will not be outgrown!
